Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Metal2go, certain products may be offered as pre-order purchases or special-order items.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting Metal2go as soon as possible after placing an order.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval at Metal2go’s sole discretion.
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order items are reserved specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.
Because inventory allocations, supplier commitments, and production quantities may be affected by customer reservations, pre-order purchases may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed.
If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable payment processing fees, administrative costs, or non-recoverable supplier charges may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
Shipped Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be governed by the applicable Refund Policy.
Metal2go Cancellation Rights
Metal2go reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to:
- Product unavailability
- Inventory discrepancies
- Pricing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraud
- Compliance concerns
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If Metal2go cancels an order, any authorized payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
