4. Pre-Orders

Many products offered by Metal2go are sold on a pre-order basis.

Estimated release dates, shipping dates, and delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

Delays may occur due to manufacturers, mints, distributors, suppliers, transportation providers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond Metal2go’s control.

Orders containing multiple products may be held until all items become available for shipment. Metal2go is not obligated to split shipments unless specifically agreed upon.

Customers acknowledge and accept that pre-order delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Metal2go reserves the right to correct pricing errors, listing mistakes, inventory inaccuracies, or technical issues that affect pricing.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Metal2go may cancel the order and issue a refund regardless of whether payment has already been processed.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping provider.

Metal2go is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage, carrier errors, delivery exceptions, weather events, customs delays, or delivery issues occurring after carrier acceptance.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and accurate shipping information.

8. Bullion, Copper, and Collectible Products Disclaimer

Products sold by Metal2go may include collectible copper, precious metals, bullion products, limited-edition items, and numismatic collectibles.

Metal2go does not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

No statement made on this website shall be interpreted as a guarantee of future value, appreciation, profitability, market performance, or investment return.

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any purchase.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, abuse of payment dispute procedures, or attempts to retain merchandise while reversing payment may be challenged using available evidence, including order records, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmations, photographs, carrier records, and payment documentation.
