Shipping Policy
At Metal2go, we work hard to ensure every order is processed quickly and shipped securely so your collectible metals arrive safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Pre-Order Items
Many products offered by Metal2go are sold as pre-orders. Each pre-order item has its own estimated delivery timeframe, which is clearly stated in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing these estimated delivery dates before placing an order.
If an order contains multiple items with different availability dates, the order will be held and shipped only when all items in that order are available for shipment. We do not automatically split shipments unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Customers who wish to receive certain items sooner should place separate orders for products with different delivery timeframes.
Estimated pre-order delivery dates are based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers and may be subject to change. While we make every effort to provide accurate updates, Metal2go is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Higher-value orders may require signature confirmation and insurance for added security.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Metal2go is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Packaging and Security
All orders are packaged discreetly and securely. Additional security measures, insurance, and signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
Delivery Times
Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If a package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Metal2go will provide reasonable assistance with carrier claims when possible but is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after carrier acceptance or delivery confirmation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location and for being available to receive signature-required shipments. Failure to accept delivery may result in additional shipping charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Metal2go ships only to locations where the ownership and shipment of precious metals, copper products, and collectible bullion items are legally permitted. Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.
