At Metal2go, we are committed to providing high-quality collectible bullion and precious metals. Because precious metals are commodities whose market value can fluctuate, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions are met.
Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
1. Order Accuracy and Quality
We take great care to ensure that every product listed on Metal2go is accurately described and properly inspected before shipping. Our goal is to deliver items that match the description and condition stated on the product page.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Returns
All sales are final upon payment confirmation. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is considered locked-in and cannot be canceled by the customer.
Due to the volatile nature of precious metals markets, returns are only accepted in cases where:

The wrong item was shipped
All return requests must be approved in advance by Metal2go.
If a return is authorized:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking
4. Market Loss Policy
Precious metals prices fluctuate continuously.
Once an order is placed, the price is locked in. If an order is canceled or modified under any approved exception, Metal2go reserves the right to apply a market loss fee based on the price movement of the metals market.
Any market gain will not be refunded or credited to the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable unless damaged or incorrectly shipped:
