At Metal2go, we work hard to ensure every order is processed quickly and shipped securely so your collectible metals arrive safely.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. During high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers like USPS or UPS. Higher-value orders will require signature confirmation and insurance.

Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Metal2go is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Packaging and Security
We pack orders discreetly and securely. For high-value shipments, extra security measures are always in place.

Delivery Times
Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to them. If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier. Metal2go will assist, but we are not responsible for loss after delivery confirmation.

Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure safe receipt. Signature-required deliveries must be accepted in person.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship within permitted regions and follow local regulations on precious metals.
